Intention of workshop

The intention of this workshop is to together with your team, (a) explore the habits and measures you can implement to ensure a more inclusive hiring process with a diverse pool of candidates, and (b) explore how you can create a more inclusive work culture that encourages an inclusive work culture, and diverse thinking.

Outcome of workshop

At the end of this workshop, you will have clear steps to implement into your work culture and/or hiring process.

Format

The workshop includes first a lecture session which explores examples of inclusive work cultures and hiring processes, and the importance and effect of diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace. Then we use collaboration to create habits that can efficiently be implemented into your company.

The workshop is 4 hours, and a Team Development Session can be included for a full day activity to give employees a chance to discuss the current state of D&E&I in the company and exploring improvement areas.

Rethinking our biases, diversity and inclusion

Intention of workshop

The intention is to support your team to, in a fun and interactive way, learn about biases and how they connect to diversity and inclusion in life and the workplace.

Outcome of workshop

At the end of this workshop, you will have a better understanding of the biases that can affect the work your company produces, and that can affect your company culture. We also help you outline steps in how to combat these biases.
